Jeffrey P. Chandler, Managing Broker

 Jeffrey P. Chandler has been active in the finance and real estate industry since 2006, with experience spanning commercial banking, residential mortgage lending, brokerage, and property operations.

His career began in commercial banking, where he underwrote and lent on billions of dollars in real estate assets across multiple property types. From 2015 to 2019, Jeff also owned and operated a residential mortgage company, providing firsthand experience with borrower qualification, credit risk, and capital structuring across varying market conditions.

In addition to lending and brokerage, Jeff has worked closely with private investors and family offices in the evaluation, execution, and capitalization of real estate transactions. This exposure to the capital side of real estate informs a representation approach grounded in investor priorities, risk assessment, and long-term outcomes rather than transaction volume.

Jeff’s experience extends beyond brokerage through Chandler & Co.’s affiliate, Verterra Property Management, a full-service property management firm. This operational perspective allows him to advise clients with a practical understanding of both transactional dynamics and post-closing realities.

Through Chandler & Co. Real Estate Group, Jeff has represented buyers and sellers across multifamily assets, development sites, commercial office, and medical office properties. The firm has completed approximately $130 million in transactions, navigating deals of varying size, complexity, and market conditions with disciplined execution.
